If you order from within the European Community territory, you are purchasing VAT included, in euro, and you will not be applied any customs fees.
Any purchase from outside the EU territory is subject for import customs fees, duties and/or taxes on arrival. The appointed carrier, currently UPS, will provide a separate invoice for mentioned charges.
This is clearly indicated in our terms & conditions, and also during the purchase process.
We cannot provide you with any information regarding how much these charges will be, as they are different depending on ship to country. For this, please contact your local UPS office before purchasing, and they will provide the exact amount.
