To know:

The products are usually shipped in the first 1-3 open days after the purchase IF THE PRODUCT IS IN STOCK (working days, Monday to Friday).
If the product was preordered, you can find in your account the preorder availability date inside your order detail, or the confirmation email.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from UPS or DPD. Upon this moment, you have to follow up the shipment with this.
