Yes, your Solar Guitar is covered by our manufacturer's warranty regardless of where you purchased it, as long as it was bought from an authorised Solar Guitars dealer.
The warranty period is:
- 2 years for customers based in the European Union
- 1 year for customers based outside the European Union
If you purchased your Solar Guitar from an authorised dealer or distributor, your first point of contact for any warranty claim should be the store or retailer where you made your purchase. They are responsible for handling warranty requests on your behalf and will liaise with Solar Guitars directly if needed.
Solar Guitars does not process warranty claims for instruments purchased through third-party retailers. Please get in touch with your dealer and have the following ready:
- Your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- A description of the issue, with photos or a short video if applicable
